Who Am I

My name is Susana Villanueva, and I provide design and permitting support services with over a decade of experience navigating permitting processes and violation resolution throughout South Florida. I work in collaboration with licensed engineers and general contractors to guide projects from concept through approval, coordinating submittals, resolving compliance challenges, and preparing clear, buildable documentation. My experience includes interior renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodel layouts, garage conversions, patio enclosures, legalization cases, as-built documentation packages, code violation resolution, and change-of-use applications as per the Florida Building Code—delivered with clarity, precision, and efficiency.
